Describe the shortest reproducible sequence

A good report might say “On the phone, saving a shared note named ‘Practice shelf’ returned me to the list, but the note was absent after refresh.” Include whether another adult can see it. Avoid sending the household database merely to demonstrate a missing note. Name the device surface, ordinary action, expected result and actual result. Give the approximate time and time zone if the operator will compare logs. A report about one failure is easier to investigate than a list of unrelated symptoms.

Show what you already ruled out

For a missing sample note, say whether refreshing changed the result, whether it was private or shared, and whether another authorized account could see it. Do not include another adult's private source material. If the failure happens only on cellular data, mention the difference without pasting credentials or private network configuration.

Attach only necessary evidence

Crop a screenshot to the relevant control and read the finished image for names, tokens or notification previews. Include an error reference if the app displays one. A support report can be specific without exposing the household database. If support needs more evidence, agree on the smallest safe example first.
