Review the actual authority

For weekly meal planning, check whether it can update private meals, shared lists or both. Confirm that the next check falls before shopping time. If nobody is shopping that week, pause the responsibility rather than letting a stale goal generate another list. Read the saved outcome and permissions together. A goal about planning dinner can be narrow even if the technical permission covers more records than a single recipe or grocery list.

Follow one complete cycle

Trace the source information, the next planned check, the action result and the household record it changed. Compare what happened with the responsibility's intended outcome. If it used shared records, check that private context did not appear in the shared result. A working model connection alone does not prove the workflow stayed within the intended scope.

Set limits and a review point

Check the time or spending limits that apply and who can pause the work. Review the responsibility after the first useful result or whenever the household's situation changes. When it is no longer needed, pause it and inspect existing tasks separately; stopping future work does not undo previous actions.
