Check whether the problem is search or legibility

A scanned club notice may show “Gate B” clearly even though searching for those words returns no results. Include the gate and its page number in the plan. For a blurry character, record the uncertainty and check it with the club. A page can look sharp and still contain no searchable text. Zooming in may help you read it, but it does not add a text layer or verify the characters.

Test the details that could change an action

For a club notice, compare the extracted gate letter, event date and reply deadline with the image. Similar characters can change the instruction: a B can be mistaken for an 8. If using a recognition tool, choose one approved for the information in the document. A private household notice should not be uploaded to an unknown service merely for convenience.

When recognition still fails

Request a clearer scan, an accessible text copy or confirmation of the specific detail from the issuer. Preserve the original while the question is unresolved. Mark the household entry as provisional and identify which field needs a reply, so no one acts on a guessed gate or time.
