Calculate the usable gap

Checkout at 11:00 and train departure at 4:00 do not give the group five free hours. Suppose you want to reach the station by 3:30. Allow thirty minutes to get there from storage, twenty minutes to collect the bags, and fifteen minutes to walk back from your activity. Leave the activity by 2:25, reach storage at 2:40, and leave with the bags by 3:00.

Verify the bag arrangement

Ask the property or storage provider whether it will accept the actual number and size of bags on the day, when collection closes, and what receipt or identification is required. Put the ticket, phone, charger, essential personal items and anything needed at the final activity outside the stored bags.

Give the last activity a movable end time

Choose a last activity close enough to leave early. Put the tickets and anything needed during the day outside stored luggage. If there is no reliable place for the bags, choose a simpler last day that keeps them with the group.

Choose a place near the collection route and identify a natural early exit. One traveler can keep an eye on the agreed departure time while another holds the storage reference. If the storage place closes earlier than expected or cannot take all the bags, replace the activity with something the group can do together while carrying them.
