Read the ticket instructions before dividing the group

Find out whether each ticket can be transferred to its user, whether a lead buyer must attend, and whether the whole party must enter together. These are questions for the venue or ticket issuer. Two venues using the same phone wallet may still impose different entry conditions.

Choose one of three arrival plans

If official transfer is supported, send each traveler their ticket and have them confirm it opens. If transfer is unavailable but separate entry is allowed, ask how the account holder can admit arrivals. If everyone must enter together, set a meeting time outside the correct entrance with enough room for delays.

Prepare for a phone or network problem

Check the venue’s instructions before making screenshots. Some tickets may require the original app or a changing code. If separate entry is unavailable, agree on an entrance time everyone can meet and give the account holder a plan for a low battery or lost connection.

Charge the phone and use the issuer's supported offline or backup option if available. Keep the booking reference and an official assistance route accessible to the account holder. If entry fails, seek help at the venue before sharing account credentials. A photo of a code may look convincing and still be unusable at the gate.
