Read an imaginary noticeboard

For a photo that says “Thursday, Room 4,” find the event title and the actual Thursday date. If either is missing, label your entry as a question. Keep the original photo until a second reader or the organizer confirms the details. Picture a blue rehearsal flyer under a large “June” heading and a white lost-property notice partly covering its corner. If “Room 4” appears on the white notice, it cannot safely be attached to the rehearsal.

Take a useful second picture

Capture one wider image that shows which heading and notice belong together, then a closer image of the exact notice you need. Look for an issue date or contact. Avoid including other people's phone numbers or faces in the shared copy when they are irrelevant to the event.

Create an entry with uncertainty intact

Write “Rehearsal, Thursday; exact date and room to confirm with organizer” if the board is incomplete. Make confirming those details a task for one adult. Once the organizer replies, update the event and retire the provisional note. A confident transcription of the wrong notice is worse than an explicit open question.
