Define the interval and source
“Since Tuesday evening, what changed in the shared move checklist?” is easier to check than “Update me.” If the tool cannot see an earlier version, ask it to describe the current state and say that the difference is unknown. Avoid presenting a reconstruction as recorded history. State “changes since Tuesday at 6 in the shared move checklist.” A named starting point matters when several people have made edits since the last conversation.
Ask for a difference report
Group the result into added, removed, reassigned and still unresolved. For each material change, ask for the current item and the evidence of its earlier state. If the system holds no earlier snapshot or recorded history, it can summarize what exists now but cannot prove what changed. Label a person's recollection as a report.
Verify the changes that drive action
If the summary says the van pickup moved to Saturday, open the actual booking and check the confirmed date. Do not treat an edit in a planning note as proof that the provider changed the reservation. Share the verified correction with the people who depend on it.
